Just Cause 2 Demo Impressions
(via PS3 vault) -- Wow, what a fantastically fun demo. I was expecting Just Cause 2 to be a laugh based on the various trailers/footage I’d seen but the demo is the most mindless fun I’ve had since Red Faction: Guerrilla. You get half an hour to run around causing carnage, with a few optional missions

Get A Good Look At Those Mass Effect 2 Figures Toys
(via Kotaku) - While they were first revealed in January, courtesy of a blurry magazine scan, that was no way to get a good look at DC Direct's line of Mass Effect 2 figures. This is. The first line will feature four characters: Commander Shepard (male), Tali, Thane and Grunt. Shepard is a little.

Weekend Talk Amongst Yourselves Official Kotaku Forum
(via Kotaku) - If this image looks familiar, we had some technical difficulties delivering today's version of the Talk Amongst Yourselves art. Which sucks, because I had a hell of a joke worked out. British Sales Charts: Torrential Downpour Britain
(via Kotaku) - I've got to hand it to Heavy Rain. Or Sony's marketing team. Although I thought the game was pretty good, I also thought it would be a tough sell to Average Joe. Guess not, since it's gone #1 in the UK. Yes, Quanitc Dream's moody crime thriller ousted Ubisoft's Just Dance, if only for a week, the lure of a strong PS3 exclusive outperforming the lure of yet another cheap wagglethon.

PC MMO Tera Looks Amazingly Like Console Game
(via 1up) - At GDC last week, En Masse was showing off its first MMO localization effort, Tera. Those who attended the show floor might have had trouble spotting the booth from amongst the slew of other Asian-market game artwork displayed though; Tera's art style is distinctly Korean -- especially obvious if you're familiar with the likes of Lineage II -- with its long-limbed light and dark elves, and strange rock-like armor covering little-to-no body parts with protruding bits in all the most useless places.
